Class Access
All learners registered in a 1 to 10-hour micro-course will have access to the course content for three months from the advertised start date.
All learners registered in a 10+ hour micro-course will have access to the course content for six months from the advertised start date.
If you register before the start date you’ll gain early access to the course and can begin your studies.
Refund Guidelines
Refunds will only be considered when requested 1 - 7 days after the course start date and provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. For micro-courses, the course start date is the date of registration due to all the micro-courses being automatically accessible to the student upon registration.
- 1 - 7 days after the course start date refund amount: 50%
- 8 days or more after the course start date refund amount: 0%
- To be eligible for a refund, students must submit an email request to the Micro Course Team at upskill@robertsoncollege.ca within the specified timeframe.
Change Request
Please note that learners wishing to request a change from one micro-course into another must do so within 7 days of registering for the initial course. Please be mindful that price differences may apply when submitting a change request, which may require additional payment.
