This course provides a comprehensive exploration of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within adult education settings. Emphasis is placed on understanding diversity and intersectionality, recognizing and addressing bias, and promoting inclusivity in curriculum and pedagogy, with a special focus on Indigenous and ELL (English Language Learners).
Course Highlights
This course is part of Robertson’s Adult Education Certificate program. Learners who successfully complete all 9 courses in the program will receive a Certificate in Adult Education.
