This course provides a comprehensive exploration of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) within adult education settings. Emphasis is placed on understanding diversity and intersectionality, recognizing and addressing bias, and promoting inclusivity in curriculum and pedagogy, with a special focus on Indigenous and ELL (English Language Learners).
Course Highlights
This course is part of Robertson’s Adult Education Certificate program. Learners who successfully complete all 9 courses in the program will receive a Certificate in Adult Education.
